A name or place entered into a search tool is sent directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. We do not keep or log those query terms on our systems.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Atchison County Criminal History does not maintain, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes general directions to the Circuit Clerk, Sheriff/Jail, Missouri State Highway Patrol CJIS Central Repository, and Missouri Sex Offender Registry. Public-office access in Missouri is governed in part by the Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610 RSMo, while §43.530 RSMo controls dissemination from the state criminal-history repository. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or dossiers about other people.

Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted there is governed by that provider's policy rather than this policy. Each provider controls its retention and disclosure practices, so review its terms before entering a query.
